BIO
I am currently a freelance Development Executive at My Accomplice, an award-winning London-based production company, where I work across a slate of scripted film and television projects.
Alongside this, I work as a development consultant, collaborating with writers, executive producers, and independent production companies to shape projects from initial pitch through to greenlight. My expertise includes idea development, script assessment, greenlight strategies, and finance plans, as well as writing compelling pitches to global commissionaires and UK/EU funding applications.
Before fully transitioning into development, I worked as Senior Launch Manager at Amazon Studios & Prime Video from 2022 to 2024, leading strategic projects across 18 territories in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During this time, I oversaw the creative strategy for more than 1,500 films, television series, and documentaries, and helped restructure content launch workflows at scale for Amazon Originals and international co-productions. My work was recognised in 2024 with the Prime Video EMEA Marketing Award for Amazon’s Local Originals.
I spent four years at Netflix from 2019 to 2022, where I led content marketing strategy, budget planning, and campaign execution for Netflix Original films and European series across 25 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. I worked on high-profile titles, including The Crown, Sex Education, Black Mirror, Top Boy, Money Heist, Our Planet, and The Irishman, contributing to the platform’s growth to over 200 million global subscribers.
In 2020, I joined Netflix’s first franchise team to build a new operational framework for franchises across 43 EMEA markets, driving strategic alignment between Content, Production, Franchise, Gaming, and Consumer Products. I worked on The Witcher franchise, including The Witcher S2 and S3, Blood Origin S1, and Nightmare of the Wolf anime. In 2021, I produced Netflix’s first six-hour live-to-tape global event, WitcherCon, broadcast on YouTube and Twitch in 15 languages and generating over three million views during its launch weekend.
Earlier in my career, I was Head of Marketing at Dogwoof, where I marketed over 100 documentaries for UK distribution and international sales, including the Oscar- and BAFTA-winning campaign for Free Solo. My work supported 16 successful BFI Film Fund projects and secured awards through the Audience and Distribution Funds. I was recognised as a Rising Star at the 2017 Screen Awards.
I began my career in theatrical distribution in Central and Eastern Europe at Budapest Film, leading marketing and PR campaigns for 40 releases and award campaigns. I also collaborated closely with the Hungarian Film Fund on its first screenwriting incubator programme, supporting emerging writers in developing their debut feature films.
